  6. This plugin is meant for developers only, it allows you to use ARexx to
  7. insert fake messages from the server. I have been (reliably) informed that
  8. this will be being done as part of a later release anyway.

  10. NOTE: No parsing of the line is done, so be careful, also no internal
  11. command is given so nobody has an excuse for accidently crashing by playing
  12. with commands...
